How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time we collect the items, prepare the parcel, send it to the YiFan shipping company, and receive a tracking number.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days for both our store and the YiFan shipping company.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Where can I track my order?
You can track your package on the website m.17track.net . Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. If you have any questions or need help tracking your package, please feel free to contact us at goldlineshop.info@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your address, please email us at goldlineshop.info@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your information before the package is handed over to the shipping company.
What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
The shop is not liable for the parcel once it has been handed over to the courier service. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues that may arise. We will assist you in contacting the courier to file a claim. Please email us at goldlineshop.info@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos (in case of damage).
Can I return my order?
As a small business, we curate and pack every set (both standard and Mystery Bags) by hand specifically for you. To guarantee that every item in your package is brand-new and has never been handled by another customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We kindly ask you to purchase with confidence. We are sure you will love our aesthetic! However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help you.
